We once again ordered for pickup, which has become a monthly occurrence during the pandemic. Shortly after I arrived a team member came out to let me know that my order was almost ready and that she would be out with it shortly. A very few minutes later I had the meal and was heading home. Thank you to your entire team for being open in whatever capacity you could be during the pandemic! |

Taylor was an excellent waitress. You all were very busy with the fundraiser, but everything seemed to go smoothly. Food was excellent as always. |

I would love to see more options that are low carb and diabetes friendly. I have never had anything at Timberwood that I didn’t like, but the options are very limited for diabetics. |

As always, I would love to see more options that I can choose from. I am a diabetic, and the options for me are very limited. It is difficult when most of the sides are foods that I cannot eat, then when I swap a side for a small salad, there is an upcharge. Whatever I get is always good, but so limited. |

This was a call-in to-go order. Food and service were great as always. We appreciate you taking the call-in order even before you opened as my online order via chownow.com was not working. One small, but important issue: the flatware was inadvertently left out of our order although it was requested. Luckily, we have plastic flatware at our office. |

Our server Taylor was knowledgeable and great. Drinks were kept filled but between ordering and first time any food came out was about a half hour. Would have appreciated a heads up to why the wait. Everything came out at same time and was cold and very unappetizing. Example the French onion soup was congealed. We’re were referred by some friends and unfortunately were disappointed. Will not be recommending to others. |

I went to Timberwood Grill at 5th St. Station last Saturday and had the wings which were awesome so I stopped by Forest Lakes restaurant today for more wings. Slightly overcooked unfortunately but still edible. Worst part of my visit was service. Waited over 5 minutes for my beer. Not sure if the server didn’t submit the order in a timely manner but if she did I saw both bartenders with nothing to do (only 4-5 folks at bar), so I’m not sure why it took so long. Once I asked for my check it came within a few minutes but server walked away before I could put my credit card down. Waited at least 5 minutes for her to come back and put my card through. At 4pm the restaurant was far from busy so again, not sure why service was so slow. Lastly, dead flies in windowsill next to my table which is not appetizing along with live ones continuously flying around my food/drink. Certainly, you can do better. |

Our server did a fantastic job and the corn chowder was amazing as always. We come from Waynesboro every couple weeks just for the corn chowder alone but everything else is always delicious. Thank you… this is one of our favorite places to dine. |

Lauren is a wonderful server! She is friendly, personable, attentive, and intuitive. I have diabetes and would love to see more diabetes friendly options. It would be so great to be able to select a menu item without having to make so many alterations and substitutions. That being said, I do love your food. |
