Goose Island leans into the malts for their seasonal take on the IPA. Using 6 different hops throughout the process results in moderate citrus and pine notes balanced with caramel malt on the palate. It’s got a bit of an old-school feel and a lovely red hue to go with the classic kettle hop backbone. Throw on your favorite holiday sweater for this one, it’s cozy and lovely and deserves the slow glow and crackle of a fireplace in the background while you enjoy it.
