Submitting their opinion on what’s best for a long winter’s night, Brooklyn’s Red IPA deftly blends Simcoe and Trident hops for notes of blood orange, dark fruit, pine, and juniper. A hint of rye spice follows that up for a warming sip that we wouldn’t suggest serving warm! Just like snowflakes, no two ideas on what constitutes the perfect Winter IPA are the same, but we’ll keep trying what everyone brews and let you know if we figure it out!
