Well, this one just checks all the boxes for a cold weather holiday brew: chocolate, peppermint, bourbon barrels! We are now adding this to our list of things that we won’t confuse with an elephant. Sure, elephants and beer both love mint. And while elephants may love bourbon, it is much better served flavoring this lovely porter. There is one thing they have in common though: do you know why you never see elephants OR beer hiding in trees? Because they’re both so damn good at it! Luckily, we were able to coax enough of this porter to come down and fill our calendars, but for all we know, the elephants are still up there.
