This brown ale puts in the work and earns its name. At only 6.6% ABV and 15 IBUs, it’s not going to knock your galoshes off, either from bitterness or a headache the next morning, but what it will do is give you a nice easy sipper with a hint of bite from Columbian coffee and chocolate and a hint of sweetness from brown sugar and vanilla. Add in the smoothness from the lactose and you’ve got a certified mooooood lifter.
